The Beast Kingdom dominates the northwestern region of Fa'Diel, which experiences an eternal night due to the Mana Stone of Moons housed in the Midnight Gardens. According to the Beastmen, any land that falls under the dominion of the Mana Stone also falls under Beast Kingdom rule. Because of past conflicts, the city of Viorar is an exception to this rule.
The Beast Kingdom is populated mostly by Beastmen, who resemble bulky humans, but transform into werewolves at night. They also welcome other animalistic races, and harbor a distaste toward humans and hylians. Pokemon belonging to humans are seen as slaves and are treated no differently than humans themselves.
